family-friendly hotel and the location to everything on ella main road was peaceful. location: the venue was short walk to ella rock surrounded by the jungle, nearby temple and other people talking in main area and the "city-center ". appreciated our coffee with goodies at dream cafe. we had a superb service, good breakfast.

The staff were accommodating, the location was stunning with a family atmosphere, the family room was brand-new, modern, and had an amazing view, plus the bus stop was conveniently located just 400 meters away.

The service was superb, the location was perfect, very close to the center and met our purpose - we would definitely book here again on our next trip.

As a frequent traveler, I have to say that my stay at Misty Heaven Bed & Breakfast exceeded my expectations. the convenience of its location was a major plus. Situated just 84 km from the nearest airport, it served as a perfect transit point during my travel. the provided database was extremely helpful. It had a comprehensive list of nearby attractions and points of interest, making it easy for me to plan my day and explore the beautiful surroundings of Ella.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking a beautiful gap and rock formation. the location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and within walking distance to popular attractions such as Little Adams Peak and Nine Arches Bridges. the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

the rooms had a high level of humidity, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at times. there was some leakage in the room during heavy rain, resulting in a room change.

As a nature lover, Misty Heaven provided a perfect escape. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, I felt like I was in paradise. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main road but still peaceful enough for a restful night's sleep. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the terrace offered a stunning view of Ella Rock. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. It was truly one of the best accommodations I experienced in Sri Lanka.

I always keep coming back because Misty Heaven has it all - helpful staff, free Wi-Fi, free parking, locker room, outdoor dining. They even helped me with heavy baggage once. Can't wait for the weekend!
